One Shreveport Master Plan

One Shreveport is the City of Shreveport's master plan - the city's vision and roadmap to its future. The Master Plan outlines the City of Shreveport’s long-term vision for growth and development. It provides guidance to the City’s decision-makers and stakeholders in topics including land use and development, housing, economic development, transportation, parks and open space, utilities and community facilities, and more.

One Shreveport is an update to the Great Expectations: Shreveport-Caddo 2030 Master Plan, which was adopted on December 1, 2010 and has effectively guided development in Shreveport during its lifespan, including the adoption of the Unified Development Code in 2017.
